CEREC Omnicam is an advanced, powder-free scanning technology used by our dentists to perform scans of your tooth structure and gums more quickly and comfortably than ever before. This device captures precise, 3D intraoral images in full color, giving our dentists direct and realistic feedback and allowing for easy navigation of your oral cavity.

CEREC Omnicam scanning is comfortable and easy to use. Our team members simply move the head of the camera over the teeth, and the captured images are transmitted into a 3D model on the computer screen. No data is lost, so if the scan is interrupted, it can be resumed at any time without the need to recapture previously scanned areas.

Omnicam technology can be used as part of a complete CEREC CAD/CAM solution or as a stand-alone intraoral scanner and digital impression device. When used as a stand-alone scanner, Omnicam technology creates highly accurate digital impressions that can be used in treatment planning and the creation of restorations and appliances. When used as part of a CEREC CAD/CAM solution, the Omnicam scanner is a key part of designing customized same-day restorations, such as veneers, crowns, bridges, inlays and onlays.
